Mission Statement:
The mission of The National Freestyle
Lion Dance Championship Series is to provide a professional
and friendly arena where lion dancing groups may actively
participate and share valuable information regarding Lion
Dancing.
Vision:
Our vision is to bring the wonderful art
of Lion Dancing from the street to the stage. Lion Dancing
is commonly associated with performing on the street for various
occasions. Our goal is to bring awareness and appreciation
of this art form and present is as a genuine professional
performance art that the general public can appreciate and
enjoy.
Goal:
The goal is the NFLDC series is to hold
events such as these annually or biannual. Learn to Lion Dancing

you in contact with a group near you. No experience necessary.
We have been in touch with local middle schools and private
schools who have been proud to sponsor such a event.

Hotel Information: The
organizing committee is currently negotiating a special price
on hotel stay. The actual hotel and rates are pending. We
will update this section as we receive more information. Please
feel free to make your own reservations if you choose not
to consider the special. Below is a brief list of moderately
priced accommodations for two double beds per night, not including
sales or hotel tax of 14%.
